Carlton residents have active social lives. At the center of the community is the clubhouse providing amenities and recreational opportunities for residents and guests alike. Inside the clubhouse is a grand reception area, private fitness center, saunas, three guest suites and a clubroom. Residents can get together in the clubroom or patio area and prepare a snack in the catering kitchen or on the grill to enjoy with friends or guests.
